I actually really like apples and cheese. Only certain apples (the more sour ones) and certain cheeses (sharp cheddars are good) work well together though.

re: grocery shopping. I don’t think I’ve ever just bought apples and cheese but i have eaten that for a meal several nights in a row because I couldn’t be bothered to go grocery shopping.

Maybe there should a support group for this type of thing.

Heather: grocery shopping while hungry and without a list is death. Sometimes I just buy 6 apples and a block of cheese and eat all of it in one night. And also chocolate.

Frank: I don’t pretend to be less healthy than you, Frank. I wonder when your body’s going to make the transition from skinny to walrus tho.

Renee: I used to be worse. Though when I’m cooped up, I start picking at everything. And I’ll get embarrassed for anyone, bar none—fictional or no. I think this may have something to do with why I didn’t like Arrested Development quite as much as my friends did.

*giggles* I’m just as bad, as hard as I try not to be. Though I have a friend who eats ice cream for breakfast. Every day. She just happens to be so active and have such a fabulous metabolism that she looks like a dancer (well, she is anyway).

(I also have favorite silverware, however I tend to lean towards the minimalist ones lately.)

While I do get embarrassed for people, perhaps not to the extent you do. Curiosity: do you get embarrassed for fictional characters (like in a movie)? I found myself cringing through Elf because I was so embarrassed for Will Ferrel’s character. And does snarky-ness bother you as well? Hmmmmm. (Of course I would find this kind of stuff absolutely fascinating.)

Alex won’t let me go grocery shopping because i forget what i want and just end up getting crackers or cookies in the shape of fish instead.
