Which is to say I waffle and lack confidence. This is especially problematic when I actually do have job interviews.
Okay, this is kinda a transition comic; it’s bigger and has more panels than last week’s comics, but it’s not quite full-size. Those start tomorrow.
Also, Frank reminded me: anyone here doing National Novel Writing Month, where you write a 50,000 word novel (~175 pages) in November? I am! Frank is!

DirtyLimey is mine of course.
Sorry about the image, it’s a guy wearing a hoodie at a McCain rally and it says “Git R’ Done in Jesus’ Name.”

I’m curious as to what it really would be like to talk to you in real life. Mostly because I suspect it’s not as bad as you think it is. I mean, if it was, how would you have as many friends as you do?

Having Eeen talk to you is like having warm chocolate poured softly in your ear.

Renee: Mmmm I dunno? Nerds unite? When I was a little kid I was popular because of my drawing. Nobody knows art like little kids.
Frank: Sweet! Internatn’l writin’ buddies. And also. And and also also, that’s a hell of an accolade, I think.

Frank: Warm chocolate I like, I’m just not so sure about where it’s being poured. Hmmmm. If you mean the tastiness and awesomeness of warm chocolate, but only in relation to hearing and therefore my ear? Hmmmm.
Ian: Weird. I was just talking about that before I got home. Kinda. When I was a kid, one of the few things I consistently got praise/appreciation for from other people (adults, kids, whatever) was for drawing, so it’s hard to separate reactions to my work from my self worth. And we probably would have crazy random conversations as we probably are both ridiculously nerdy.
