How did I not think of looking at my shoes before now

A comic on a post-it note? I wanted to go bigger, not smaller! Eesh. Also: shoes are a problem for me?

interesting that in the comic your ankles are rolled outward. most people are more flatfooted, so they roll their ankels(and thus knees and hips, all connected) inward.

a good exercise that i learned in a gallatin class! to re-align your joints(encouraging your self to unconsciously align things) is to stand with your feet shoulder width apart, bend your kneeds a little bit, line up(/rotate outward or inward) your knees with your feet(should be a straight line going through the middle of your knee down to your second toe about) then straighten, hold them there for a second, and then let them fall back into their normal position. do this a few times every once in a while: it’s helped me actually.

    hope blip fest was cool.

Thanks for the tips, Mike! Definitely going to try that out. (What class was that?)

Blip was sweet, I’ll have comix about it eventually I hope

I’ve gotten rounded heels and weird holes in my shoes, too. I have scoliosis, and it could be you do too, or your legs are different lengths. I’d suggested having a doctor check it out now, while you’re young. I let it slide for too long, and now I’m getting really crookedy. If I’d paid more attention to this earlier, I could’ve saved myself a lot of fuss and bother.

    Just wear stilts, problem solved.

Hmmm, thanks Ursula, I hope that’s not it but it’s certainly a possibility…

Frank: But I need to get through doors!
